ORDERS
Your order will be processed within 48 hours if placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Once the order request is received, cocchettiempoli.com reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items.
In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled as per the customer's request, our customer service will promptly notify the customer.
It is at the sole discretion of cocchettiempoli.com to refuse an order and/or the provision of a service to anyone at any time.
SHIPPING
Cocchettiempoli.com offers shipping to: Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City. Deliveries will be made via BRT courier.
Cocchettiempoli.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of cocchettiempoli.com.
SHIPPING COST
In Italy, the shipping cost is €10 (Islands €15); for orders over €400, shipping is free.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
The prices published on the website, payments, receipts, and invoices for orders are in Euros.
For orders shipped within Italy, a receipt is issued.
During the purchase process, it is possible to request an invoice. To issue this document, it is necessary to provide an Italian billing address complete with fiscal data.
If the invoice is not requested during order placement, it cannot be requested at a later time.
Promotional codes cannot be used on items that are already discounted.

NEW CUSTOMERS

RETURNS

Returned items must be free of imperfections, in the same condition as they were sent, packaged in their original packaging, and with the disposable seal still attached.
The security tag present on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.
Returns must be shipped inside the cocchettiempoli.com box, which must be securely sealed with tape. In the absence of our box, another suitable packaging may be used for shipping the items.
Returned items must have all original labels, any original packaging received with the order, and all other accessories (hangers, garment covers, bags).
In the event that the items to be returned are shoes and other accessories, the items must be re-sent with their original boxes, which must not be altered, damaged, or used as the sole outer packaging for shipment.
IMPORTANT: Returns of items that do not comply with the above will not be accepted.
Any shipping cost originally incurred for the order will only be refunded to the customer if all purchased items are returned.
The costs incurred for the package to be returned to cocchettiempoli.com will be deducted from the refund.

ERROR OR WRONG/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

REFUND

The refund usually takes a few days and in any case no longer than 14 days from the moment the order is received.
Alternatively to a refund, the customer may choose to receive a Store Credit - equal to the amount of the returned item - to be reused across the entire catalog and without time limits.
