ORDERS
Your order will be processed within 48 hours if placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
As an authorized retailer of all brands featured on cocchettiempoli.com, we guarantee the authenticity of every item.
Once the order request is received, cocchettiempoli.com reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items.
In the event that ordered items are not available or if for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled as per the customer's request, our customer service will promptly notify the customer.
cocchettiempoli.com reserves the sole right to refuse an order and/or the provision of a service to anyone at any time.
SHIPPING
Cocchettiempoli.com offers shipping to: Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City. Deliveries will be made via BRT courier.
Cocchettiempoli.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of cocchettiempoli.com.
SHIPPING COSTS
In Italy, the shipping cost is €10 (Islands €15); for orders over €400, shipping is free.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
The prices published on the website, payments, receipts, and invoices for orders are in Euros.
For orders shipped to Italy, a receipt is issued.
During the purchase process, it is possible to request an invoice. To issue this document, a complete Italian billing address with tax details is required.
If the invoice is not requested when placing the order, it cannot be requested at a later time under any circumstances.
Promotional codes cannot be used on items that are already discounted.
PAYMENT METHODS

NEW CUSTOMERS
We wish to remind our new customers that cocchettiempoli.com may request its bank to verify the transaction, including contacting the counterparty bank.
This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

RETURNS
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for store credit or a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Returned items must not show imperfections, must be in the same condition as when they were sent, packaged in their original packaging, and with the disposable seal still attached.
The security tag present on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.
Returns must be shipped inside the cocchettiempoli.com box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. If our box is not available, another suitable packaging can be used for shipping the items.
Returned items must have all original tags, any original packaging received with the order, and all other accessories (hangers, garment covers, bags).
In the event that the items to be returned are shoes and other accessories, the items must be re-sent with their original boxes, which must not be altered, damaged, or used as the sole outer packaging for shipping.
IMPORTANT: Returns of items that do not comply with the above will not be accepted.
Any shipping cost originally incurred for the order will only be refunded to the customer if all purchased items are returned.
The costs incurred to return the package to cocchettiempoli.com will be deducted from the refund.
To proceed with a return, please contact: customercare@cocchettiempoli.com, providing the order number, date, and customer name.
ERROR OR WRONG/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
In case of an order error or wrong or defective merchandise from cocchettiempoli.com, the customer must contact our customer service: customercare@cocchettiempoli.com and follow the instructions.
REFUND
The refund will be processed as soon as the return arrives at the cocchettiempoli.com warehouses and the items are verified.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
Refunds are usually processed within a few days and in any case no later than 14 days from the receipt of the order.
Alternatively to a refund, the customer may choose to receive a Store Credit - equal to the amount of the returned item - to be reused across the entire catalog with no time limit.
