Shipping and Delivery
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within [24/48 business hours] of payment receipt.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next available business day.
During periods of high demand (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be subject to slight variations.
Shipping Methods
Shipments are made via BRT express courier.
Once handed over to the courier, the package will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during purchase.
Upon shipment, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to monitor delivery.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Italy: [1–3 business days]
- Islands and remote areas: [2–5 business days]
The times indicated are purely indicative and may vary based on destination or external causes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order's destination.
- Italy: € 15
- Islands: € 20
Free shipping for orders over € 400.
Delays and Liability
Once handed over to the courier, Cocchetti is not responsible for any delays caused by:
- weather conditions
- strikes or logistical problems
- customs checks
- force majeure
However, we will do our best to assist the customer in case of shipping problems.
Failed Delivery
In case of failed delivery due to:
- incorrect or incomplete address
- repeated absence of recipient
- refusal of delivery
the package may be returned to the sender.
Any storage or re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Verification Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, the customer is kindly requested to verify that:
- the package is intact
- there are no obvious signs of tampering
In case of anomalies, it is advisable to accept the package with reservation or refuse delivery and immediately contact customer service.
