The Ashby is a sophisticated and practical jacket, suitable for all seasons. Made from Sylkoil waxed cotton (~ 203 g/m2), Barbour's signature fabric, the garment features a matte finish for a comfortable "worn-in" look. Slightly more tailored than the Bedale, this model has a comfortable cut that allows for layering during colder weather. In true Barbour tradition and style, the model boasts a windproof closure with sturdy snap buttons, a refined fine-wale corduroy collar with a chin strap, angled handwarmer pockets, and two large bellows pockets. Adding to the versatility and everyday appeal of this practical jacket, suitable for any season, are the convenient front zip and optional zip-in linings from Barbour.
